Terms of Service

1. General

These terms govern the use of the website barzyckidrift.pl and the app social.barzyckidrift.pl. The service provider and owner is Rafał Barzycki, a sole proprietor trading as BarzyckiDrift (drift driver). Contact: rafal@barzyckidrift.pl.

By using the website you accept these terms. How personal data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy.

2. The barzyckidrift.pl website

  • The website is informational and promotional: it presents the driver, the car, results and sponsorship proposals.
  • Content on the website is not a commercial offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code. Sponsorship terms are agreed individually, in separate correspondence or a contract.
  • The website requires no registration, sells nothing and charges no fees.
  • Photos, videos, texts and trademarks on the website are protected by copyright or belong to their owners. Using them without the consent of the author is not allowed, except under fair use.

3. The social.barzyckidrift.pl app

  • It is the owner's private tool for reading statistics of his own accounts on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
  • The app is not publicly available: access is protected by Cloudflare Access and limited to people designated by the owner.
  • The app offers no user registration, is not a service provided to third parties, and is free of charge.
  • The app works in read-only mode and publishes nothing on the connected accounts.

4. Third-party platform terms

Use of data and interfaces of TikTok, Meta (Instagram, Facebook) and Google (YouTube) complies with the terms and policies of those platforms, including their API terms. The app uses data only within the scope of the permissions granted.

5. Availability and liability

  • The website and the app are provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or absence of errors; we may change, suspend or shut them down without notice.
  • We aim to keep the information on the website current and accurate, but we are not liable for decisions made solely on its basis.
  • We are not responsible for the content or availability of external sites the website links to (e.g. YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
  • Liability towards businesses is excluded to the extent permitted by law. This does not affect consumer rights under mandatory provisions.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes are resolved by the competent court under generally applicable rules.

7. Changes

We may amend these terms, e.g. when the website or the app changes. The current version is always at this address and the effective date is shown at the top of the page.
